I guess it's a like the football game. Choose a team, squad and bonus stage. (Within the given budget) You can use auto pick if you are not sure what to go for.
Points are given for position in a stage. For finishing the stage. Retaining the yellow or green Jersey. And your team will get points based on the overall performance on the stage.
There are some transfer window too.
Only 3 weeks long so no long term commitment needed.

Will be intresting to see how someone who has no clue does against someone who professes to know what he's on about.
