Want a cheap second set , saw Wharfdale 28 inch Nicam sets for 200 notes, model M 550.....but are they any good and if they have faults what are they! THANKYOU!

I know the M890 (black) and M5 (silver) 28-inchers had some problems - apparently a faulty component that could be a fire hazard (if there are any owners of these tellies, firmly recommend you ring Wharfedale on 0800 073 2473 - make a note of your serial number before ringing).

Not sure about the M550 - wouldn`t be at all surprised if it`s exactly the same model again, with the right component fitted !!!
